About the creator of La Cour, Natalie Moffat:
Since a little girl, Natalie loved baking. She always asked to bake at her friends places and utilised every opportunity presented at home. In 2009 Natalie studied at Le Cordon Bleu and then continued to specialise in Pastries, Cakes, Breads & Yeast products. Around the same time, she founded La Cour Patisserie.
